Prof Dr Sajid Mehmood Shahzad is a retired naval officer who has held key positions in his naval tenure. He gained a doctorate from the University of the Punjab, succeeding his MPhil from National Defense University Islamabad in International Relations. Dr. Shahzad is widely acclaimed for his contributions to maritime affairs through his research papers and two popular books: "Impact of Pakistan Maritime Affairs on Blue Economy in Backdrop of CPEC" and "Pakistan Maritime Tourism." He is currently holding the position of Vice-Chancellor at Minhaj University Lahore.

Dr. Khawar Mahboob is a retired Punjab Government Officer. He served the Livestock and
Dairy Development Department for about 33 years and remain affiliated with Directorate of
Research. He did his MPhil in Microbiology from University of Agriculture Faisalabad. At
CRIMA, his areas of interest include Marine Biodiversity and Maritime Trade. He has published

Dr. Uzma Naz is the Assistant Professor and Head of School of International Relations at Minhaj University Lahore. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Nautical Eye and Strategic Studies J-NESS. Her area of research is foreign policy analysis and foreign policy decision making, Middle East and maritime security. She takes pride to pioneering courses related to maritime domain in the academia of Lahore. She is founding editor of Journal of Nautical eye and strategic studies. Dr. Wasiq Ikram currently working as Assistant Professor and HOD of Botany. He completed his doctoral studies in Biological Sciences (Plant Nutrition Management) from PIEAS, Islamabad, Pakistan. Ms Iqra Manzoor is a Research Associate at CRIMA, Minhaj University Lahore. She is M.Phil. in Biochemistry. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. from University of Lahore.
